Need help with Mission Story: "Winds of Change" in The Ark Society.

So I took out Jebediah Block and put on his costume as the game instructs. However, I can't talk to Sophia because she recognizes that I'm not Block and I have no idea how to progress from here.

Adding on to that, nearly everyone recognizes that you're not Block so I can't exactly sneak around comfortably until I find out how to do this. Anyone able to help?

Edit: I found out why I was being noticed by everyone. I had a gun on my back that I couldn't see due to the cloak... I should be fine now.

Did you turn off the HUD that shows you what weapons you have visible?
