Problems Streaming game - please help

I'm struggling to stream this game, the game sttuters like crazy in my OBS even though my framerate is smooth on my PC. It says "encoding overloaded" and ive tried changing every setting imaginable. I don't know what to do.

I have it on and it's still really choppy for the stream, doesn't seem to have changed anything
