Actually, it's a 71.9 gb in total (as of right now, I'm downloading Hitman (40.3gb) and Hitman 2 (31.6gb). I'm still confused about this, have I bought the best offer available? I just wanna play the Hitman 1 missions, nothing more.
If you happen to own Hitman 2016 GOTY, you also get that game incorporated into Hitman 2 free of charge.
If you own 2016 non GOTY you can upgrade it for 9.99, to get all 2016 content into Hitman 2.
If you don't own Hitman 2016 at all, you can add it for 19.99, to get that content into Hitman 2.
So it was a bad choice on my end to buy Hitman 2 and then Hitman 2016 GOTY, right?
Hadn't even noticed this. Just checked, but you are right. Hitman takes up another 65GB. I'm pretty sure it's necessary 'cause when I installed Hitman 2, 2016 was not on my drive.
Ah okay, was just making sure I wasn't wasting space SSD drives and space. I even put both games on the same drive. Because I know half life 2 can use it's games files for CSS, ep1, etc. I was really hoping it worked like that. It is strange they aren't linked like I would need to redo all the missions in the first game like I need to start off at the ICA training area to access the missions on hitman 2016 levels in Hitman 2. I do understand what they are going for run it from 1 game. But would be nice if I got my save 2016 save.
I mean, if you've plenty of room... sure why not. But when SSD space is precious you're better of using a hard drive.
I really should buy a new SSD. They're not even that expensive anymore and with all those game becoming larger and larger it sure would be useful. I currently have only one 500GB SSD drive... yeah, I just convinced myself I need another one :)

Yeah I would be interested to see how it would compare to being run on SSHD a hybrid drive. I had the space free on a SSD so just chose it. Plus my non SSD is full I shove small indie games on there and other computer junk. Now hybrid drives good at reusing/reloading stuff. I had Hitman 2016 on my ps4 SSHD. And it ran well. First load it would be standard hard drive times. However second load or reloading like you do in the Hitman games. It loads faster as the solid state part of the hybrid drive remembers that area. It's kinda neat. That said as someone else has pointed out the price of SSD has gotten lower. And I just recently got a drive really cheap. I've still to fill my m2 slot too, but I plan on waiting to get a decent size one I mean them read and write speeds, are just crazy. See I've moved from the PS4 into PC gaming. Or really back is more accurate. Since I used to a main PC gamer back in my high school days. But got uninterested in gaming until bloodborne came out. That game got back that feeling of why I enjoy games. Like the ps3/xbox era put me off games it's like they were all the same. Granted I've went back now and found a few good RPGS and unique games. But that era had so many fps or 3rd person shooters.
As for HD space I had 500 games for my ps4 I was never having to uninstall stuff to play a game. I just uninstalled games that I wasn't using majority of the time that I completed. And that was with a 2tb SSHD. I would have stuck to Sony if it wasn't for them censoring content. That's what made me do the big jump over a year or so back. So in the last couple of years I've had to rebuild a new computer and get my steam library up. And while I do miss physical media of games. I'm still happy with the move.
