How to kill all three targets by feeding them to the hippo?

There is a challenge in Three-headed serpent that you kill all three targets by feedning them to hippo, and I can feed Rico to hippo and don't know how to feed the other two targets to the hippo? Can someone give me some guides? Thank you!

I did this by killing all the NPCs in the way and knocking all the targets down. Then, grabbing the targets, one by one, all the way to the hippo area. You can get to the hippo area via the caves or via connections around the map to the area of the hippo.

I did the drug lord first (easiest one), then the coca dude, and ending with the drama telenovel woman. You can shot around her office when she's there to lure her to escape near the construction area. Then, knock her down, and grab her until you reach the construction zone. There is a connection to a cave behind the construction area, near where 47 does the ritual, and it leads to the hippo area via some tomb (may take 2 to 3 minutes getting there with the target from the construction zone alone. An estimate). I just had so much time that day, it took me a while to do this one, but it worked. I did it weeks ago, cannot remember all the details, but overall that was pretty much how it worked for me.

Getting a pass-key to the caves is a good idea too. But I am sure the way I did it was not the correct one. I just blasted everyone until I got all the targets, one by one, to the hippo.

Thank you for your detailed reply! It seems that we have to take the other two targets and drag their bodies to the hippo. It's a little time consuming and risky. Previously I thought I can disguise as someone and convince them to come with me to the hippo. I tried the hippo whisper Buckman but it didn't work.

You can get the targets pretty close. Get the shaman disguise and drag the woman from the construction site. (Clear most of the npcs out from it beforehand.) Rico is easy by story mission. Franco you can grab rather easily if you start his cocaine machine. You only need to take out a handful of people in Ricos mansion to avoid being spotted while dragging him over to the hippo.
