How do I have the winter coat?

I don't remember getting this in hitman I only got 4 silent assassins.

There's two winter coats. Dark Grey is for completing 5 Silent Assassin rated ET's in Hitman 2 (you haven't done this yet, no one has, there's only been 1 ET)

Black with lapel pin is a reward for "having completed any elusive target in the previous game", which is probably what you were given along with your legacy pack

Bonus / carry over for Hitman (2016) owners:

Legacy Pack (or GOTY Legacy Pack)
Requiem Suit
White Duck
Chrome ICA-19
Aluminum Travel Briefcase (for owning Hitman 2016)
Winter Suit (Black with lapel pin) for completing any elusive target in the previous game
ICA Performance Coin for completing an ET during season 1 (not during the re-release)
GOTY Suits (if you also got the GOTY legacy pack, not just the normal)
