Why does the game have A House Built On Sand?

Wasn't it one of the bonus missions? So why would they include it but not the ones for Sapienza and Paris?

EDIT: The last time I looked at Sapienza in the Destinations menu was when I was still waiting for my 2016 GOTY content to download, and I didn't see The Icon, so I had assumed it wasn't included. Then when looking at Marrakesh, I noticed A House Built on Sand. I Have also played Paris since the download finished. Which sparked this question.

Still... I'm wondering why Holiday Hoarders wasn't included. Perhaps because IOI intends to re-release it closer to Christmas Time as a surprise? IDK. Would be nice to have ALL of the Hitman 2016 content though. But I'm not going to make a big fuss about it. I can always load up Hitman 2016 if I REALLY want to play it.

There are 3 bonus missions. The have "Bonus Mission" at the top of the name of the mission. These 3 bonus missions are the only ones to have carried over. Specifically the two on Sapienza and the one on Marrakesh. That is all.

The rest of the missions were non-bonus mission content I believe.

Episode 7 "bonus missions" included 3 missions:

Landslide, The Icon and A House Built on Sand

All 3 of these missions exist in the Legacy Pack, if you can't find them, look again because they are there in the destinations menu for their locations

Holiday Hoarders was not part of any episode, it wasn't something you purchased it was a free give away at christmas in both 2016 and 2017, there's no expectation that it be included with season 1 or the GOTY because it was not sold as part of either

It may return again at Christmas this year, if it does that will be the 3rd year in a row they give it away
