Drowning people in toilets (Hokkaido)/ Hold My Hair (Hokkaido)
Does this no longer work? I tamper with the toilet, but whenever someone investigates they no longer check the toilet bowl itself but only the panel. Is there anyway to complete the Hold My Hair challenge in Hokkaido?

iirc they always checked the panel.

Get target in the vicinity of the toilet, stick them with syringe when no one can see it.

Or in the mission, put poison in Yamazaki's water bottle in her personal room and wait in the toilet. That can take a few minutes.
