Knox Glitch?

So.. I killed the first of the knox targets but Sierra knox is underground? somehow she is down underground, running from 1 end of the area to the other, is this a glitch or is there a hidden underground -under- the seafront area? :(

She goes to the podium through a tunnel in the south part of the map but it's hardly hidden.

No after that-.. like.. I dont know how to describe it, where the General is, smoking / by the sea front, she seems to be -under- there, right next to where the rocks/invisible wall is blocking the Ocean she is like 20 feet down under there, running back and forth

Yeah she's bugged, there's nothing there. I guess you have to restart that mission.

I also have a Sierra Knox glitch, for me she is way out into the sea somewhere, directly inline with the pier. I tried calling her for her jab but no such luck.
