How do you get car batteries to electrify water and actually kill the target? I've been trying to kill cassidy and I'm starting to think my game is bugged. I've tested putting it near the hydrant in the water in multiple locations within the water, shooting it way before he gets there, shooting it 2 seconds from him standing directly in the water, but every time he does the battery short circuits and he survives. Every time. Me myself, I decided to test if I'm doing it right and sure enough, I died 4 times during 4 tests. So wtf is going on?

Yes, it is bugged, can confirm. I ended up electricuting Cassidy near house on sale and Janus in his garden.
