Screwdriver in Mumbai?
I've gone through the whole damn tower and couldnt find one. Is there one close to Rawood Bollywood? Need it for the wind machine

Default starting location,check the nearby shops towards your left where an NPC gives you a Mission Story.

Lol there's literally a Screwdriver NEXT to the industrial fan in a tray. If you are looking at the front of the fan, it's to the left.

There's one of the the first floor on the tower. Next to the two guys standing by the vehicle talking about the industrial fan.
