I am completing all challenges for Hawke Bay, but unless I am missing something this one is bugged. I poisoned this mofo with lethal poison in his cup downstairs but the challenge did not unlock. So I thought to myself, maybe, I need to create a contract with him as a target but it appears that you can't create a contract in Hawke Bay. Is there any way to complete this?

This cup is Vodka, not Whisky.

You need to loot the Vodka bottle and poison the Whisky in the bedroom.

Actually you don't even need to take the vodka, he will get one last drink before bed regardless.

@OP: You need to poison the drink that is upstair in the bedroom next to the whiskey.

Thanks for clarification! Never bothered to check if Orson would drink the whisky or not if he drank from Vodka first.
