Silent Assassin Not Registering??

On Hitman 2 it is awesome that I am able to replay the first season's missions.... However, I just finished Paris and Sapienza (Showstopper and World of Tomorrow) and was denied the Silent Assassin rank.

I had no non target kills, no bodies found (garrote or drowning used, garrote only for Sapienza). I also was not seen on camera , but destroyed the system anyway. I did use a bunch of disguises, knocking out about 15 people each level (his the bodies).

I never had anyone actually confront me. I had a couple close calls but never got the question or exclamation mark above the head.

It is on Professional difficulty. I missing something? I did manage to get Silent Assassin for Hokkaido Snow Event that is on now with all the same parameters.

Well, outside of a video, is hard to ascertain what happened. Did you check the detailed score and see which one you didn't get a bonus for? And did you simply not get SA, or did it not show up as finished SA on the challenge screen?

My guess is those close calls were closer than you remembered and you were spotted but I am purely speculating.

Did you still get the 'never spotted', 'no bodies found' etc bonuses on the score screen? Because if not then you didn't do it SA and mucked something up.

My score was around 135,000 and I took about 40 minutes, maybe I took long? I did reload a save once. But I don't think that mattered when I did it on Hokkaido.

I didnt get sniper assassin in hokaiddo today, due beeing spoted by a enforcer. it showed suspicious and i thought thats fine and just kept running away. At the end i kept getting spoted the second i shot the target. Tried it like 5 times on a save short of the shot and each time the same.

Redid it without having that thing happening with the enforcer and it popped right away and i didnt get spoted. Maybe u had a enforcer spoting u once?

Maybe! I did get the white bubble forming a couple times but got the never seen score so maybe that still counted against me.

i've found that the "Never spotted" que is slightly vague to what it actually means.

"never spotted" doesn't trigger if you get escorted out of trespassing, Or maybe it's when you casually spotted from a gaurd and he investigates. But still.

I've been ruined on that same rule for quite a while. and I can't see the 'reload' option effecting that, unless it's specifically not told and maybe it's changed in the last few patches.

You can still get SA when escorted out of a tresspassing this game can't you?

hmm, wonder what happened. Then again I got SA in Marrakech by night but didn't get the 'no noticed kills' or 'no bodies found' bonuses because I killed a guy by electrocution.

Maybe I'll just give it another shot, maybe I'll try to be faster. Could be there was something off on a trespass etc. Anyway thanks for the comments everyone🙏
