Should I play Patient Zero before this?

I loved the first season and I bought Patient Zero but never got around to playing any of it.

Is the story of Patient Zero related to Season 1 at all?

Or should I just replay season 1 again to get ready for 2?

It's only slightly related to S1 but if you have it you might as well play it at least once.

No reason to replay S1 now, you'll probably want to replay the levels in H2 to get the unlocks back anyway.

Yeah, I might do S1 + Patient Zero through. I've still got almost 2 weeks before Hitman 2 so that's enough time.

Do you mean the remastered levels? You're saying wait and play the remastered versions of S1 and Patient Zero? Does that all come out the same time as Hitman 2?

There will be a new xp system in hitman 2 which will be applied to the season 1 locations as well. if i was you i would wait and replay season one with the new features from hitman 2. as the others said the patient zero story is not really important

Cool. I might wait then. The story was pretty loose and, to be honest, not all that interesting in Season 1 anyway.
