Only if it keeps the same limitation it has on that escalation: you can't change disguise if you start with it and it gets marked specifically as that named disguise in contracts mode, not just "any generic suit"

Then it would make a deliberate handicap for contracts mode creations

Because it's not a suit, it's a specific starting disguise that has an actual built in limitation. There are currently no disguises that can be unlocked game wide, only suits and they are clearly labeled as suits in load out

If they start allowing disguises to be unlocked, they should remain with the same limitations they were designed with

Pick any actual suit and it will say suit there, in contracts mode what you use during a kill either says "suit" and means any generic suit or has the specific disguise named

yeah i was tempted to say they have the design already they just need a bit of coding to add it as a suit
