Can't find any wrenches in Santa Fortuna

I'm playing master difficulty and I have checked all places where the wrenches are and they're simply not there. Does the master difficulty changes the location of items or did they actually remove them?

Master doesn't change item locations for things like wrenches afaik.
According to this[www.hitman2maps.com] there should be 1 in the tunnels, 3 in the town, 1 in the construction site, 1 in the mansion and 1 in the plantation.

Also if you complete 15 featured contracts you'll unlock the Handyman Wrench to bring along with you from the starting screen which functions the same as a regular wrench.

Unlock the handyman's wrench by completing 15 featured contracts.
Its very useful for situations like these.

Just so you don't think you're going crazy, I'm 99% sure I saw a thread a while back mentioning that for Master difficulty that's the only one available.
