Containment Challenge in Hokkaido?

I've been trying to do the Containment challenge in Hokkaido during the Patient Zero storyline. Unfortunately, the videos I've found don't seem to match what I see in-game. I'm assuming they're from the 2016 version. For reference, here's one of the videos:

At the 52 second mark, the player is able to get into the morgue security room and take out one guy. In Hitman 2's version, however, there are two guys in there: A security guard as well as a scientist. Also, the lone man in the larger area always seems to spot me even when I take the same route as in the video. Does anyone know if an updated version, maybe with a different route? I'm trying to do this without anyone else getting infected but it seems like the window for that is really small.

Thanks. After posting this I managed to do it, but it was sloppy at best--I basically just ran in there, shot him, then ran and hid in a closet until the heat died down, lol. Not my finest assassination attempt but sometimes the frustration caused by this game is powerful.

I'll give the other way a try next time.

You don't need to deal with the security room until later. First distract the outside guard and get inside, then KO the nurse as she comes down the stairs. Then distract the outside guard again, KO him, and drag him and the nurse down to the alcove under the stairs inside. Take his uniform and move up to the top floor - there's a doctor who comes down the stairs who will also get infected if you don't KO her too. Drag her to the bottom. Once those three are dealt with you can deal with the security room - I walk through it in the Guard outfit to the corridor, then use a throw distraction for the guard in the room. You can their either KO the doc or carefully steal the Hazmat suit beside him and then deal with the cameras.

They changed alot of stuff in the new legacy missions, so most tutorial videos that are made for the original 2016 missions won't work - at least in part - any longer. For example, fire extinguishers are not lethal any more, new guards are placed in certain spots, NPC patrol paths are updated, AI routines changed. Things that worked in Hitman 2016 have completly different and/or unpredictable results now.

Look for tutorial videos for Hitman 2. Trying to follow a video made for 2016 in Hitman 2 can give you headaches.

Yeah, this challenge made me kind of mad the first time I played it (which was recently, in the Hitman 2 version just like you).

In-universe, the people running the so-called quarantine around Owen Cage are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ incompetent buffoons. Honestly, what's the point of a quarantined area where you have to wear sealed protective suits if you're just gonna allow unprotected people to come in and out as they please??? And those unprotected people must have brain damage or something. Who works in a hospital but can't grasp the concept of quarantined areas?

There she is, mere steps away from certain death to a wildly infectious virus, about to waltz into what should be an extremely restricted area, but isn't, for some reason.
There will be a few more NPCs dumb enough to wander near Owen Cage, but this surgeon lady in the screenshot does it not even 2 minutes 80 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ seconds into the mission. (edit: Just checked with the timer on)
