Bug with Classic Sniper Assassin in Mumbai

I've completed this mission multiple times, while 100% sure I didn't get spotted by anyone or anything, without changing suits, no one was alerted at any time, and I killed the targets with the Sniper Rifle (albeit from up close), yet I'm not getting the Challenge to complete. Has someone else had this problem?

I've completed this challenge on other missions in a similar fashion (Snipe from up close) and that works, so I don't think its related to the distance of the snipe.

You are allowed to change suits for Sniper Assassin and bodies can be found so that should make things easier.

I got the challenge by sniping Rangan from the beach while he interrogated his prisoner, Vanya Shah through the back of the train station and the Maelstrom while he met with his girlfriend. There is never any risk of being spotted beyond shooting the flagpole to lure the Maelstrom in the first place.
Or you can do it your way only this time enable the SA tracker from the options to ensure you get SA, so long as the targets are killed with the sniper and the tracker remains green you should be right.

Whichever way you do it, do it without save reloading (as this sometimes causes problems with challenges) and it should work.

I did have the SA tracker enabled and it was green the whole time, and I also sniped Shah from the back while she is cleaning her face, Maelstrom when he is meeting his gf and finds an empty room (hehe) and Rangan while he is on the phone on the top floor.

It could be the save reloading because I did save and load for the Rangan part.
