The Bank Brute Force Challenge not working? (resolved)

This is the last challenge I need to complete for New York and I can't seem to do it. I am carrying a crowbar up to locked button but it won't allow me to break it open. Has anyone completed this challenge?

Disable security panel in basement room with tech staff. Where you can disable wifi and follow mission story to disguise as a technician.

In the IT room left of the vault room entrance there's a panel to disengage the lock, you can then pry it open with the crowbar before the high security guard re-enables the lock.
