How do I trigger a scenic route in New York mission?

I tried to exit all 3 possible doors in the mission but they weren't a scenic route.
It looks I have to do something special in order to trigger a scenic route just like in the Ark Society.
Does anyone know how to make a scenic route in this mission?

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe you need to crash the market AND be in an investment banker disquise. The exit doesn't show up until you meet the criteria. It's on the midlevel of the stairs after a frisk (you can climb up on a rack to the left of the guards to bypass it if you want).

Crash the stock, Push director through the clock. Shoot a bird flying above the entrance area with your sniper rifle. Then get the data and wearing the fired banker disguise exit through the window.

This, but the window you're exiting through is on the stairway closest to the meeting room on the top floor. Be sure to wear the disguise.

... u have to crash the stock manual at the computer on the 2nd floor !!!

... if u give the file to "Ruby Red" it won't trigger !!!
... then u find the exit on the stairs between 2nd and 3rd floor, there where "Fabian Mann"(one of the backup-disk owner) goes up and down.

And your disguise doesn't matter at all. Also you can kill the bird with a pistol if you are accurate, the sniper is no a requirement.

Killing the bird is not a requirement for this to trigger.

Perhaps unintuitively, I found that crashing the stock market is easier if you do NOT disguise as an investment banker. If you pull the fire alarm the bankers will all stop what they are doing (including the one managing the stock terminal that you must interact with to manually crash the market) allowing you to shove him aside and do your dirty work. If you are disguised as an investment banker though he is an enforcer for that disguise and you will be compromised, but if you are in your suit none of the bankers apparently care about that as long as the fire alarm is ringing! So you can crash the stock market right in front of him and he will only become "suspicious" (because interacting with the terminal is a suspicious act).
