Explosive Liaisons (Miami the Finish line) new bug

Did anyone find that there is a new bug after recently updating? No telephone can be used so you can not make a call to Robert Knox after you install the bomb on Sierra's car. Can't achieve the Explosive Liaisons challenge.

Are you in the Kowloon mechanic disguise? I think that story mission needs the right suit for the prompt to trigger.

I don't think the disguise matters for making the phone call, but for the sake of verification: no, it's broken even while wearing the kowloon mechanic outfit

I don't know when it became broken as I've used that phone/story-trigger for a variety of reasons in the past, but it's currently not working even if you follow the normal story chain of events to use it, no interaction prompts on the phone:

And yes, that's after following the normal routine of opening the safe, planting the bomb, etc
