i just want to buy the full game, but confused with all the packages. i don't all the dlcs yet, i just want to purchase the full game. lol.

Standard is Hitman 2

Expansion Pass is the expansions

Gold is Standard plus expansion pass

Legacy Pack is the previous game remastered inside of this one

Btw the game is on sale on Fanatical its currently 23.99 for the base game and 39.99 for the Gold edition (which has all the dlc). But if you want to get the base game, the season pass does go on sale as often as the base game so you can always get the season pass later.

Fanatical is just another storefront like GMG, Humble Bundle, it gives you a Steam key of course.

There is story in the expansion pass, and the legacy pack is the first part of the story from last game so.... Hitman 2 Gold (Standard + Expansion Pass) + GOTY Legacy Pack

you will have enough fun and hours to log up with the base game. imo just get hitman 2 with the legacy pack. that will have all the story you need
