Summer Suave suit doesn't actually count as suit?
Completing contracts with the optional condition of doing it in a suit doesn't count if I'm wearing this one in particular, even when I never change my outfit. I'm also getting a 4 star silent assassin, which is apparently possible.

I ran into this bug as well. It's noted on the July and August update patch notes as a known issue but I guess they're still having trouble fixing it.

4 star SA comes from not completing all optional objectives (killing the target the wrong way or in the wrong disguise, changing starting disguise etc.), depending on the contract depends on what optionals are there.
