While that may be, it still seems to be bugged. I gave her a lethal injection and tossed her in a crate. No one, not even the target saw me. Still didn't count in the Silent Assassin counter for the Winter Suit.

Technically there are no suits tied to specific elusive targets, they are location based or quantity (or SA +quantity)

Yes thats why I wondered what he meant. It shouldnt be. I got my blood money suit, but that was tied to number of completed elusive targets


And I didnt really bother much about the mission, just let the cafe-sign fall on here. Apparently some other bloke died with her
