Session can run fairly well on a low-end rig if you're realistic about what you can do with it. For instance, locking the FPS to 30 can make a difference as it won't put much strain on your system and the game will feel more consistent overall as you won't get large dips.
We have to look at your overall settings to try and fix performance, though that FPS tip can be a good start.
set refresh rate to same as your monitor.
