Session has three turning types, and one of them relies very heavily on the analog triggers of the Xbox controllers. You could try the other methods to see if that fixes it.
Alternatively, you could try adjusting that trigger's sensitivity using Steam's controller configuration. I did that years ago when my Xbox controller then started showing signs of drifting, and it helped.
When I press the LT button then press the RT button it seem to work, it might just be the game and I am getting use to it and it is ok. I have to press the LT button then RT button to turn right some times.
I want to say the game is very cool.

I have an original Xbox One controller and never encountered such a problem.
That is what is causing my RT to not work and making me unable to turn in game.
I am happy I found out what the problem is.
