How is the price justified?

I used card creator years ago, reasonable price. I noticed the sequel but there is no way I'm paying $100 when nanDeck can do something very similar (albeit harder) for FREE. In no way am I saying Tabletop Creator should be free, but looking at the competition... I will not buy this....

Running slower

After the latest update, this software seems to run a bit slower. Changing text on cards have delay, loading images is much slower etc. and that didn't happen before.

I've been eyeing Tabletop Creator Pro for awhile now and, for those that own it, what does it have over Dextrous? Both seem to export to Tabletop Simulator which is something that I feel is valuable. Thanks in advance!
