oops my bad, CPU -n (even) or CPU +1 flat

Heat Sink (CPU -[]) is a billion times better than Increment (CPU +1) - getting extra dice is way more useful than potentially jackpotting if you're close and have extra dice.

fun fact: I didn't notice it at first, but it works so well with the card in my deck that gives +1 damage per new dice rolled. I just upgraded Sink to CPU-7 and now I can achieve sometimes 8 or 9 damage with one low dice per round, so satisfying
