where to download mods?

is there a database of mods? can't find an actual link, just showcases and such. yes, I've googled.

Unfortunately I think it's too late to add steam workshop support - by the time we got around to the feature, the modding community had already embraced itch. Moving now would just fork the community and create a lot of unnecessarily labour for modders who'd have to start maintaining two sites. Not worth it.

(Anyway, I like itch and I'm quite happy for the game's modding home to be there)

Understandable. “If it ain’t broke then don’t fix it” is how the ol’ saying goes. Also it’s nice to see the developer comment and respond to matters such as the lack of workshop instead of just sweeping it under the rug.
