Why can I not recruit Pyrrhos as a Legate?

I was originally playing on update 2.0.4, but I will definitely update to 2.0.5 if it works.

I am playing as Ptolemaic Egypt and for some reason, when Pyrrhos comes to live with me, I can’t recruit him to the legion. He’s not an option in the military legion tag. I also can’t recruit him as an admiral. However, he can work a government job and be a governor. There is also no “make him a citizen” character interaction that I can do. Does anyone have any ideas on a workaround or solution to this issue?

Also, I am playing with the newest Invictus mod version, in case anyone needs to know. Thank you in advance!

I can confirm that under Invictus+2.0.4 Augustus, Phyrros can be appointed as commander and admiral. Furthermore, you can recruit him (before he moves to Ptolemaic Kingdom) if you befriend him and still the outcome is the same: he can be appointed admiral, commander, governor,... but he still departs to go back home.

If the cause was Epirus being annexed or any other unrelated bug remains a mistery to me.

So, apparently I am just incredibly impatient. You would think that once Pyrrhos comes to your country, you would be able to recruit him. No, apparently not. You have to wait for a bit, (like 6 months in-game) to be able to recruit him. I thought you could do it on the day he comes.

I feel really dumb right now. Not gonna lie.
