No Demand a Line of Succession
I can't find Demand a Line of Succession in Oratory tech inventions. Not even there, when I start the new game. How can I fix it?

...are you a republic? It's there if you're a republic or you've broken your game somehow.

a republic of course....So I deleted the game and reinstalled it again..but the problem persists
