Heres how to colonize all of germany and russia in one day on ironman

- Move all your pops who can colonize to one province and colonize.

- Then move all the pops from the last one to that one and repeat and colonize via the last colonized province.

- Can be achieved with only slaves once you've colonized.

- Extra pops arnt needed. It seems that since the uncolonized provinces arnt empty it just counts those so you don't even need to leave 1 behind in each province.

I imagine that the devs didn't even realize that this was possible.

I'm guessing that a brand new province for some reason doesn't have any of the rules of colonizing placed on it. Tedious but it does work. Used it to colonize all of germany and russia while i was waiting for my rome world conquest time to end.

It's a real pain to do though, I wish colonization could be partially automated.

You need tons of money though.
But there's better, migration. Take a 20 pop province from your migratory tribe, go to any province you can settle, settle, move excess pop, create a new migratory army, and boom all pop are from your main culture without any need to assimilate.
Before 500auc you can have over 10000 pops from your main culture. With a fully decentralized tribe, you get massive levies and can take down any big power.
