Mods not loading, need help!

so a few days ago my mods just, stopped working. they load in the launcher, but not in the game.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling mods, deleting the mod folder and reinstalling the game. but nothing worked. at this point i don't know what to do. any advice?
