What I am understanding is that, once the battle/siege gets over, the enemy loses some 'territory' and that 'territory' becomes 'unclaimed' 'no-mans territory' meaning it appears in 'grey' colour.
If that is the case, just colonise that territory with your coloniser.
It is possible that the enemy 'territory' is left with only 'freemen' or 'slaves' and all citizens and nobles died.
>> About preventing killing of selected class of people, I have no idea.
>>One more tip, do not worry about the 'no-mans territory' formed during or at the end of the war, AI will rarely claim it again. You claim them at your leisure. (in case of present day UK & Ireland)
>> In Ireland, the culture will be Hibernian, so you do not have to worry about the dominant culture also.
Thanks, I will take this in to consideration
And what Jiggy said about moving slaves into the border-territory is correct but as a tribe you can also move your tribesmen-pops (wich you most likely have more of at the start) making colonization pretty easy as long as you have the money to move and colonize. (wich actually can be a consideration being that tiny^^)
