How to make Rome a monarchy

I'm trying to change government to monarchy from republic. I have populist consul, senat approval, tyranny, appointed dictatorship but there is no decision to take. How to embrace monarchy as Rome?

tech tree. oratory i think. youll see the option down the tree rewrite constitution. then after that you do another tech investment. then after that you demand line of heirs. there ya go. so you migth want to start a new game. cause you prob are a good ways off since you didnt knwo about the tech tree investments. it only takes about 10 years to do it from the start of game
