Kios to Pontus start events

I get the event for the decisions to enact Sinope as the capital but the decisions doesn't appear in the list. Is this a known bug or am i missing something?

So you do nothing until it gives you event to leave kios and form other nation near pontus.
Conquer all the land you need to form pontus then take the decision.
DO NOT allow pontus to make you their king, conquer them and form Pontus.

Thanks that worked not sure why it doesn't work when you accept to take Pontus for free

I think there may be a difference in the progression to trigger the Achievement, because if you take the event to move to Phrygian territory at cost to your Kios King, you are no longer Kios but instead a different named Kingdom, so you need to only take events that preserve you as Kios.
