Change production in a region
I just started playing as Trinovanita i modern day England. I have a region called Londinium that produce Wild Game. When I look at the terrain indicator, it says Farmland. I can't build a farm in the region. Are there any way to change the production to Grain? Seems more locic to use the area as farmland.

If it's not a city, then build one there and game should roll you a new trade good, but even then you won't be able to get food as your trade good. So other than that you are basically stuck with whatever resource is produced in that province.

Hmm, that might be a good idea for a mod though. If you could think of a good way to restrict it reasonably.

A simple way would be that the game provides grain or any other form of food, when the terrain is farmland. Then they dont need to change anything :D

Any thought of how the roll works for a number of cities built in food producing settlement?
Is it set random of what most other items produced nearby provinces of pure random over all items?

I believe it always rolls for noble or citizen trade good tables and it's not region locked, but I might be wrong about this part. About weights on each good or whether number of cities and resources gathered there effect this weighting, I've got no idea.

Thanks.
As i did some tests of upgrading different food settlements (wheat, cattle and fish) as Rome got 90 percent the cloth and glass items and some rarely occation dye so it seemed somewhat connected appearance of what already existing nearby citizen trade good.
