I do, I mean where is the button. Also found it but you need to be a dictatorship or teocratic republic to do it

You gotta have a Populist Consul in power and have high support for the Populist party to enact Lex Princeps Civitatis to unlock the decision to switch into a dictatorship. A new set of laws will appear and it should be there

I've turned Athens into a dictatorship, but is there currently an option to turn a democratic country into a monarchy?
