Any faster way of colonizing ?
I was 3 hours waiting to colonize ireland. I'm not kidding.

With enough gold, you can colonize all of Scotland and Ireland in less than 49 years.

I can just move slaves, however slaves do not count...

Slaves do count, as long as the settlement has at least 1 non-slave. All newly colonized provinces will have this.

I think the tool tip says something like "There are only slaves present", when not allowing to colonize. Just need 1 other type and you are good to go.
