All of this is merely cosmetic, except for the events, which won't really have a significant impact of the game and, as the names of the packs suggest, are mostly for flavour.
Totally, the deluxe edition is purely cosmetic, and the events don´t have a significant impact in the gameplay, i only bought it because i didnt mind the extra euros and i wanted to support the devs, if you are running short on cash i dont recommend you getting it, as i said, i see the deluxe edition as a way to tip paradox for the good work, not as a DLC.
