Like most new games there are a few issues. However, the most annoying out of EVERYTHING. Is no one in the human controlled (in this case Rome), produce many children. After 150 years of Ironman I'm forced to claim and then invade tribes and kingdoms just so I can Startrek Borg assimilate them into the Roman collective.
The A.I. seems to have no issue producing children that I've noticed so far but its kinda annoying when you invade a celtic tribe and they have 40 people in their family. Meanwhilte.... in Rome. Your lucky to have 10.

Population increases with religion do not help with character births at all. They only impact the "Roman drone collective." Those who do not have names
