Iron man save games NOT saving as IRONMAN?

As the title says when I select the checkbox to enabled ironman on my run when I look at the save file (in game) the iron man symbol does not appear and I have also tried to earn achievements but looking at these through the ledger the tool tip which appear next to them states "achievements cannot be earned in this campaign" this occurs on all of the achievements not matter what nation I pick.

I have re-installed the game and tried the different beta patches but I still persist with this issue, any ideas?

Not one i've seen before, only thing i can think of is a file is corrupt so when the game checks it thinks there's a mod. Might be worth fully deleting the game folder, as well as the documents one, and reinstalling fresh.

already tried re-installing the game (check post) but that did not work :(

I dont just mean reinstalling, i mean actually deleting the folders left after in case there's some files in there effecting the check sum.

Same here. First two campaign saves started on iron man are labeled as "iron man" and i got some achievements.
But now any campaign started with iron man enabled, even on first day of campaign on unpaused save there is no iron man icon like on my older save.
In achievements game menu as @Anguish mentioned all of them greyed and says "Achievememt not possible in current campaign".
Again, no mods, verifyed local files, nothing helps, seems like it related to this latest patch "varus", like WTF is this?

Okey, fixed it. Uninstall game, than manually delete folders of IR in both steam library and documents, than fresh install.

Did you get rid of (delete) the old iron man saved games? I suspect that as long as they exist all you can do is continue playing the old iron man game, at least until that iron man game ends, i.e. end of time period for game or you have been eliminated.

No thats wrong. You can have as many Iron man games going as you want. Their issue is the checksum has changed, theres a dodgy file somewhere telling the game its been modded - so no ironman. A full delete of all game files should fix it.

No, I've backuped 1 of them(wich was started on some old patch, not the new ones wich was bugged), it still count as iron man, but most important - new iron-man campaign saves now have the proper IM tag as they should.
