Is there a way to form Iberia as Vasconia?

Vasconia seems to be the only tribe on Iberia that cannot form the nation of Greater Iberia, and I think it is because they are a separate culture and culture group (Vasconian, Pre-Indo-European). Is there a way to convert the culture to Iberic to be able to form the nation?

The only way I can think might work is this: conquer a province of the required culture, import a family, and then marry into that family (pref as your female ruler to a foreign male and hope your kids are the new culture). Might work.

Haha, this is not like CK2..no its not possible, unless there is an event for that.

Just confirming, you did update your government out of tribal, right?

Some of the countries that should have certain decisions don't have them when they should like the greek cultures that somehow can inexplicably form Arkadia but are banned from forming the Hellenic League despite qualifying for it. The north-east Iberics aren't considered Iberian so you can't actually form Iberia with them which I think is dumb but that culture group has no formable nation unfortunately

Yeah at this stage I'm an aristochratic monarchy and I'm a great power (500+) cities. Have all of Iberia and part of North Africa

Yeah I might try to look up the console commands and see if I can convert culture. I'm playing a MP game with a friend and the whole idea was that I would create Iberia and he would create Gaul. I seem to have picked the only non-Iberic cultural group on the peninsula lol.
