Carthage should be a plutocratic republic
I noticed that now carthage is a aristocratic republic, that is not good because they should have different ideas from rome, i think a plutocratic republic would fit, since they were very trade and money focused empire, what do you guys think ?

Thats exactly what they were, Carthage was a trade nation. The richest members of their society formed the government, it was an oligarchy much like Korinthos. They had a similar government style as well to that. Check the decisions menu maybe you can change it given that monarchies can change their style

Yes, that's why they should be a plutocratic republic.
Ploutos=Wealth Kratos=Power
Plutocratic= Power in the hands of the wealthy, the problem with they being a aristocracy is the ideas, now they have the same ideas as rome, so two millitary and one oratory, carthage wasn't very millitary focused, (they fought all their Wars with mercenaries) two Civic and one religious (plutocratic republic) would fit better to them.
Plus make plutocratic republics have co rulers
Totally agree. As Carthage I eventually changed to Plutocratic because it better suits my playing style but it took a while to qualify and as you say that's where they should start.
Carthage was a trade nation but it is represented as an aristocratic monarchy because they have dual-rulers, with Carthage historically had- two Shophets (Suffetes or Judges) who ruled over noble councils. Oligarchic republic would imply a government of councils headed mostly by wealthy merchants rather than nobility and does not have the in-game dual ruler mechanic.

Just add the co ruler mechanics to the plutocratic republic.

Plutocracy is rule by the wealthy. Aristocracy is rule by the nobility. Carthage was ruled by noble Carthagenian families, not the merchants they ruled.
Maybe they should have a variant form of plutocracy with co-rulers? I agree that a military focus for Carthage doesn't make much sense
