It's stuck on the loading screen.

The clock is there and the screen is blured. I delated the file Unity but it keeps coming back. There is no file called "SecretNeighbor.es3"on my cumpter. Please help.

Hey! Could you please try the following steps and inform us if they resolve your issue? Thank you.

• Make sure that your GPU and Windows are up-to-date and that your PC meets the minimum requirements;
  
• Check if your internet connection, and especially latency, is optimized for gaming;
  
• Completely delete any file on your Secret Neighbor installation folder and rename (to anything) your "Secret Neighbour" folder under %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Hologryph;
  
• Reinstall the game and run it again;
  
• Ensure your game is not being blocked by your AV program;
  
• Run the game as Admin.
