Make it cross platform between PS4 and PC!

Ive been looking through the discussions trying to find out if its compatible between PC and PS4 to play together, but none. its been 2 years since the last discussion of finding out if it
is cross play between PC and other platforms, Is it really that hard to make it cross play between other consoles? Stop being lazy and make your players satisfied.
