Once you get to a certain point, your people just straight up stop working. I had 75 people and almost 150 food (between meat, fish, bread, etc), added no major workload, and by the next winter I had 20 people. The rest dies of starvation because nobody would hut or produce food.

overall it's a good game, but the more you progress the more you realised that it lacks one of the most important aspect of civilization building and that is culture and tradition in my opinion at least, sure there is spirituality tech but in my opinion it is quite lacking in depth and and uhm taste I guess? and also the combat system is so bare bone there is no way to pull off any tactical maneuver like organizing between melee and range unit, sure you can adjust whether or not you want female melee unit but that's it and it will be great if you have medicine tech because if one of your people got infection it means they will die no matter what, but anyways like I said it's a good game that will provide you with hours of fun.
