I'm still trying out other weapons.
Also offtopic but I disagree with this being better exercise than Beat Saber lol, the kind of maps I'm playing in that leave me literally gasping for air by the end, and my shoulder and wrist muscles completely locked up! Until you Fall has been chill in comparison. Though I guess if you don't push the harder maps, BS is not that demanding.
Try these two maps and see if they don't give you a workout :)

Regarding weapon combination suggestions, we've found most Rune Knights develop favorite weapon pairings as they master their own style, taking the unique weapon traits into consideration to craft their ultimate combination. All runes are unique, and as such, all weapons crafted from them will behave differently. Many have different weights - like the unwieldy Mistcutter or the peculiar Vestal's Wrath, which may require adjusted momentum due to their heavy composition. Other blades may focus on ease of control over power, such as the Rokari Keenblade or Ritual Dagger.
Additionally, I wanted to call your attention to our Discord server.
Here, Champions come together to chat about the game (or other things, too!), share helpful battle tips and strategies, and compete against one another in monthly challenges. We also have channels where you can share your feedback and report bugs directly to our team. I'd highly recommend checking it out.

Stay strong and press the advantage!
I've also started experimenting with an axe/spell dagger (forget what it's called) build, using the dagger mostly for blocking. Also tried a spell dagger/spellsword's amulet combo for a bit since there's an achievement for it, and it completely changes how I had to think about spacing and approaching encounters in general. I really dig the build and gameplay variety!
Out of curiosity, does anyone else have different 'stances' for different weapon loadouts? Like, I realized as I was switching between them that I tend to hold the longsword above my head pointed at the enemy, similar to how the knights carry theirs in the crook of their arm. But when using the axe I found myself kind of "resting" it on my shoulder while I held my dagger out in front of me for defense.
I think the devs did a great job of giving each weapon a different feel and weight, makes you approach and attack with them in different ways almost subconsciously.
