Clarifying interaction between spectre and vortex?

Spectre boosts weapon damage when you fire while cloaked. Vortex is a charged shot that also does damage to enemies when they contact you while you are charging.

If you are fully cloaked and then start charging a vortex, the cloak goes away right away even before you release the charged shot.

So is the weapon modifer from spectre applied to that charged shot fully, partially, or not at all? How exactly does it work?

the bonus form the cloak diminishes over the course of about 1 second after you start shooting. so if you charge for less than one second you get a partial bonus if you charge for more than one second you get no bonus. this also applies to all weapons after you took the charge mod.
