Weaponized Shield?
The description of it is a bit brief and I'm not really exactly sure what it's supposed to do. Does anyone have a fuller explanation?

Weaponized Shields adds a extra circle/area around you that shows the effective range of Weaponized Shields, any enemies within that area will take +20% damage from everything.

Both the circle/area and this +20% damage modifier is affected by your shield radius and effect power. So for example with the super mod Charged Shields the range of Weaponized Shields would increase as you charge your weapon as well as the +20% damage modifier would also increase because the shield effect power goes up.

I have not bothered doing any in depth testing but afaik the +20% damage is assuming you have 100% shield effect power, if you decrease it below 100% I would assume the damage bonus would be reduced just as it is increased above +20% if you increase your shield effect power above 100%.

Again the Charged Shields super mod is a good example as you will notice a big difference in the damage the enemy takes with the shield effect power reaching high bonus %.

If an enemy is in range of the Weaponized Shields circle, they take % more damage from everything.
