Missing 2560x1440? FPS stuck at 60fps?

I've been trying to change the resolution, can't seem to find that specific resolution for my monitor. Also, is the game capped to 60fps? because I'd like to increase it if possible.

Yes, it's capped at 60fps. Chimeric has said that a lot of fundamental parts of the code were written on that assumption when he started, and it's too late/too much work to go back and change now.

The resolution setting only affects windowed mode - in fullscreen or borderless fullscreen, it'll always be the screen's own resolution. If you really want a 2560x1440 window (which will only work if your screen is higher than 2560x1440 because it tries to leave room for the taskbar, etc.) you can edit the save.ini file and type in those dimensions for width and height. Also kind of surprising 1440p isn't one of the pre-baked in resolutions given how prevalent it is in gaming monitors
