Report a translation problem
The resolution setting only affects windowed mode - in fullscreen or borderless fullscreen, it'll always be the screen's own resolution. If you really want a 2560x1440 window (which will only work if your screen is higher than 2560x1440 because it tries to leave room for the taskbar, etc.) you can edit the save.ini file and type in those dimensions for width and height.
